Due to the custom nature of our menus and services, pricing varies depending on guest count, location, service style, and ingredient selections. A detailed quotation will be provided and agreed upon prior to confirmation.

•  Customer Requested Returns or Cancellations

Orders or services may be cancelled before preparation or service execution.

Once preparation or service arrangements have begun, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

• Defective Products or Service Issues

If a product is defective or a service issue occurs, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
