• Customer Requested Returns or Cancellations

Orders or services may be cancelled before preparation or service execution.

Once preparation or service arrangements have begun, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

• Defective Products or Service Issues

If a product is defective or a service issue occurs, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.

準備開始前であればキャンセルが可能です。準備開始後のキャンセルについては返金できない場合があります。
